When and how do I receive my ticket?
There are 3 payment options for your online purchase:
- • credit card payment
- • immediate transfer (“SOFORT-Überweisung”)
- • PayPal
E-tickets and the invoice are delivered as a PDF file via e-mail.
As a XING member, you also have the option of downloading your ticket and invoice from the event’s attendee section. The attendee section can be found on the respective event page on XING.
If you don’t want to purchase your ticket online, you can buy it in our ball office as of 2 May, 2018. Please note that we only accept cash payment in the ball office and seat reservations can only be purchased online.
Campus Ball Krems 2020 has been canceled. How do I get my money back?
Tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically by Xing Events, the tool we use for this purpose.
In case you have purchased tickets at Danube University Krems’ ticket office, we kindly ask you to return the original tickets by mail, postage paid, and noting your account number. Please post your letter at the post office as “carriage forward” to Mrs. Magdalena Moser, Dr.-Karl-Dorrek-Straße 30, 3500 Krems an der Donau (Danube University Krems) until June 30, 2020. The purchase amount will be transferred to you.
Is it possible to cancel my ticket?
No, it’s not possible. For the Campus-Ball Krems 2018 the following conditions apply: You can not return purchased tickets. No compensation is possible for tickets that are not or only partly used (e.g. due to illness), or for lost tickets.
Is my ticket transferable?
If no name is indicated on the ticket, it can be passed on to another person. For personalised tickets, it is possible to change your personal data (salutation, first name, last name, company and title) in the event’s attendee section on Xing. If you do not have a XING account or have not bought the tickets with your e-mail address used with your XING account, please contact our support team (support(at)xing-events.com) to arrange a change of name. If “non-transferable” appears on the ticket next to the name, the ticket cannot be passed on or reassigned to another person.
Can I change the payment method after placing the order?
The payment method cannot be changed later.
What is the benefit of creating a password during the ordering process?
During the ordering process, you have the option to specify a password and thus create a new XING account. The benefits of creating an account during the ordering process will be explained in the next section.
What are the advantages of creating a XING account when buying tickets via XING Events?
Firstly, you can log in on XING to place your order so the order form will be filled out automatically. As a XING member, you also have the option of downloading your ticket and invoice from the event’s attendee section. You’ll also receive information about the event from the organiser. The attendee section can be found on the respective event page on XING. On the event website, you’ll also find our people2meet feature that gives you the opportunity to network with suggested attendees. It also works with our XING Events app.
Where can I find my attendee area on XING?
First, log in to your XING account and select your registered events in the “Events” section. You will find your attendee area on the corresponding event site under “Your Attendance”.
